The BrightCourse Platform Navigator certification is designed to empower you with deep expertise in navigating and utilizing the BrightCourse platform. By becoming a certified BrightCourse Platform Navigator, you’ll not only gain practical skills that will streamline your day-to-day operations but also earn the respect and recognition of over 3,000 centers who trust and use BrightCourse. This certification is more than just a title; it demonstrates your commitment to excellence and your desire to better serve your clients with the best tools available. To get started, attend our weekly live training sessions, join a one-on-one training, participate in webinars, or engage in conference break-out sessions. In each case, simply submit your email that you use to login to BrightCourse and you’ll be on a path to truly mastering the platform. You can track your progress using the navigator icon in the upper right hand corner of the site. And, once you reach your Platform Navigator certification, we will send you both the certificate and a Platform Navigator pin to commemorate your achievement.
Ongoing Training
To continue your Platform Navigator certification, ongoing training is required. Your Navigator points reduce by 40% once your training is more than a year old. That means, to keep your certification, you will need to attend a 2-3 events a year to update your knowledge. This ensures that being a Platform Navigator is truly about system mastery and your certified skill set will be able to bring value to any center in which you are involved.

- Relating Well Through Texting & Technology: Explore your clients' generational requirements and how BrightCourse meets their needs. Understand the importance of being relevant and accessible on the devices your clients use the most.
- Reporting (Admin & Advocate): Explore BrightCourse's advanced reporting features.
