Testimonies “We absolutely love HopeSync. It has been a life- saver! HopeSync has drastically cut down on our administrative tasks required for each intake. While I am meeting with a client, I have HopeSync open on my laptop, and I am able to quickly and easily send information a client needs immedi- ately so I know she has it. The feature we use the most is a tree we created called “local resourc- es”. We send a welcome text that recaps our ser- vices, answers some frequently asked questions, and gives them the link to our Facebook page. We also created a Google Docs exit survey that we text to each client after their visit. We have all of our resources that used to be on paper that we can now send to the client’s phones. She was unsure who the father was. We were able to find a video that covered her sit- uation that showed a woman that was unsure who the father was in her pregnancy. In the video, she decided to abort her baby and she talks about how she regrets the decision. We also sent information regarding the importance of an ultrasound from a doctor’s view- point.
