Could I text that in- formation to your phone to give you a chance to learn more?’ This generation is used to seeing things elec- tronically and now, when a client leaves, we are able to send her that video, literature, and information about a very particular issue to her phone. The other thing that HopeSync allows us to do is create our own documents that are specific to our center and the needs in our community. We are then able to send that directly to her in a text message and email. It’s tremendous! Finally, we are able to connect our donors in real time with what we are doing in the counseling room.
